The Anti-Ragging Cell at Loyola Degree College is established in compliance with Supreme Court of India directions to prevent ragging and ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students. The cell is responsible for monitoring, preventing, and addressing any incidents of ragging, harassment, or bullying on campus.
It conducts awareness programs, orientation sessions, and workshops for students and staff, emphasizing the importance of dignity, respect, and peer support. The cell ensures that students are aware of legal provisions, institutional policies, and grievance mechanisms related to ragging. Through proactive monitoring, counseling, and strict adherence to regulations, Loyola fosters a ragging-free, nurturing, and positive campus culture.
