Mentoring

Mentoring of Students – LDC

Loyola Degree College, Pulivendla, emphasizes holistic development and academic excellence through a structured mentoring system. Student mentoring is a key initiative designed to provide personalized guidance, academic support, career counseling, and emotional well-being assistance. Each student is assigned a faculty mentor who monitors progress, helps set academic and personal goals, and supports the student in navigating challenges both inside and outside the classroom.

The mentoring program aims to strengthen student-teacher relationships, foster confidence, encourage self-directed learning, and ensure that every student experiences a supportive and nurturing environment. Mentors also play an important role in guiding students toward leadership, social responsibility, and ethical decision-making in alignment with Jesuit values.
