Overview
Loyola Degree College, Pulivendla, upholds high standards of professionalism, accountability, and ethical conduct among all staff members. Roles & Responsibilities
- Teaching Staff: Deliver high-quality education, prepare lesson plans, assess students fairly, and mentor students academically and morally.
- Administrative Staff: Ensure smooth functioning of offices, manage records, handle communication, and maintain institutional discipline.
- Support Staff: Maintain cleanliness, security, and campus facilities while assisting students, faculty, and administration effectively.
- Institutional Responsibility: Uphold a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all staff and students, comply with statutory and regulatory requirements, and promote academic excellence.
- Collective Responsibility: All staff must actively participate in institutional initiatives such as campus cleanliness drives, environmental awareness programmes, extension activities, and student development programmes.
