Village service

Loyola Degree College (LDC) actively engages students and staff in village service initiatives aimed at empowering rural communities and fostering social responsibility. These services include literacy drives, health awareness programs, environmental campaigns, skill development workshops, sanitation and hygiene initiatives, and community outreach projects.

Through regular visits and active participation, LDC students and staff interact with villagers to identify needs, provide guidance, and implement sustainable solutions. Such initiatives help bridge the gap between education and social development while nurturing empathy, leadership, and civic responsibility among students.

Village service activities also create opportunities for experiential learning, enabling students to apply academic knowledge in real-world contexts and contribute meaningfully to society.
