ANALYSIS OF FACULTY FEEDBACKS: 2021-22
INTRODUCTION
As a part of education, teaching, learning and evaluation is a continuous process. It has to be checked every year. In that situation, it is only through students, who are the end products of our ‘factory’ or ‘firm’, we have to assess ourselves. So it is quite natural, to assess students instead of assessing ourselves. With this perspective, every year we are obtaining feedback from the students regarding relevance of the syllabus, teaching, learning, evaluation and motivation of the students by the faculty etc. This year also the feedbacks are collected and statistical tools are applied in analyzing the feedbacks. The Department of Statistics has helped the institution to a great extent in this matter. The model questionnaire prepared for the survey is given here.
